Standard CPA Hire Terms
For Standard CPA Hire, the customer retains responsibility for the planning and execution of the lifting operation. Key points include:
- Insurance Responsibility: The customer must arrange their own insurance to cover the load and operation.
- Planning and Execution: The customer is responsible for providing a lift plan and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
- Liability: The customer assumes full liability for the operation, including any risks to third parties.
RHA General Terms
Our RHA General Terms apply to general haulage services and are designed to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties. These terms cover:
- Transport Responsibilities: WB Services is responsible for the safe and efficient transport of goods, adhering to agreed timelines and conditions.
- Insurance: Goods are insured to a maximum liability of £1,300 per tonne under RHA terms. If a higher level of cover is required, this can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Customer Obligations: Customers must ensure goods are properly prepared and comply with all relevant regulations for transport.
